Ok, so today I'll give a short (and sweet, I hope) review on Aiman Azlan and Ameer Misram's The Other Side Of The Coin. I finished reading this a few weeks ago and could only have the time to do this review just today.
Well, first and foremost. I have to thank the publishers thousands of times for making another cover of the book. Although I've been told countless of times to never judge a book based on its covers, but I have to admit, the covers attract people to read the books, you know. I mean, look at that aesthetic value in the new version. (Yes, I do live for aesthetic values.)

Okay, so this book is published by Puteh Press, (my second favourite publisher if I do say so myself.) the very publishers that published 'Catatan Matluthfi' and 'Kisah Orang Menang.' So this book will definitely give you a new perspective on our world, especially in identity, love, education, self-worth and community. Believe me, those close minded people can go buy this book and spent a wonderful time reading this while their so-called close minds slowly unveil themselves.
This book sure did leave a great impact for me, at least. I really enjoyed Ameer Misram's part so much I actually reread it twice. (I am a big fan of Aiman Azlan, please don't think that I hate him or something.) It has so many interesting quotes, references from the Al-Quran and also the poems! The poems, my dear. I love the poems so much.
I highly recommend everyone to read this book. I won't spoil anything about the book, so you guys should buy it! You can buy it at any bookstores in Malaysia, or even get it on Aiman Azlan's website! (ps : you'll also get his signature, you know)
And so ends my first review in this blog. I'm sorry I used English but since the book was in English so why not? Besides, I think we should use more English to improve our English, ain't that right?
Lots of love, Kyumi.
